Kate started her blog in 2010 and now lives in Kansas City, where she works on Cookie and Kate full‑time. She daydreams about new recipes, devours cookbooks and believes cooking should be fun and flexible. Because she chooses not to cook meat, all of her recipes are vegetarian and emphasise whole foods and occasional indulgences.
