Lamb Kebabs

Lamb kebabs are easy and quick to make. They can be a starter or a main course, depending on the quantity you prepare.

Ingredients

Kebabs

  • 250g lean lamb mince
  • handful coriander, finely chopped
  • handful flat leaf parsley, finely chopped
  • juice and zest 1/4 lemon
  • 2 tbsp natural yoghurt
  • 2 tsp ground cumin
  • 1 tsp ground coriander
  • 1 tsp ground ginger
  • 1 tsp ground turmeric
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • 2 garlic cloves, crushed
  • 1 large red chilli, deseeded and finely chopped
  • 1 tbsp tomato paste
  • 3 tbsp chickpea flour (gram flour) or plain flour
  • moldan salt and freshly ground black pepper

To Cook

  • olive oil

To Serve

  • naan bread
  • raita (see recipe)
