Lamb Kebabs
Lamb kababs are easy and quick to make. They can be a starter or a main course, depending on the quantity you prepare.

Ingredients
Kebabs
- 250g lean lamb mince
- handful corriander, finely chopped
- handful flat leaf parsly, finely chopped
- juice and zest 1/4 lemon
- 2 tbsp natural yoghurt
- 2 tsp ground cumin
- 1 tsp ground corriander
- 1 tsp ground ginger
- 1 tsp ground tumeric
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- 2 garlic clvoes, crushed
- 1 large red chilli, deseeded and finely chopped
- 1 tbsp tomato paste
- 3 tbsp chickpea flour (gram flour) or plain flour
- moldan salt and freshly ground black pepper
