Melon in Proscuito
Melons appear in shop shelves everywhere in August. This dish makes the most of the taste of fresh Cantaloupe or Honey Dew melon. While the dish is simple it makes a great starter or serve it as a buffet dish or part of a picnic.

- 1 large cantaloupe or honey dew melon, sliced into 12 wedges
- 12 thin slices of prosciutto, freshly sliced if possible
