Tropical Smoothie

This is a real energy with plenty of fresh fruit to get through the day and of course really yummy.

Ingredients

  • 1 mango, peeled, destoned and flesh roughly chopped
  • 1/2 ripe banana, peeeled and roughly chopped
  • the pulp of 2 passion fruits
  • 125g low fat live bio yoghurt
  • 100ml pineapple juice
  • 1 tbsp honey

Method

  1. Place all the ingredients in a blender and blend until well combined and smooth. Sieve to remove seeds (optional). Serve.
