Chorizo Sausage

I enjoy fresh chorizos simply sliced and pan fried as a tapa on their own but you may like to fry up thin slices of partially cooked potatoes with the chorizo. Cooked slices of chorizo are also good in puff pastry as a tapas dish.

Ingredients

Chorizo

  • 4-6 chorizo mild or hot sausages
  • 3 tbsp olive oil

Method

  1. Chorizo: Slice the chorizo into even slices. Heat the oil in a frying over a moderate high-heat. Place the chorizo sausages in the frying pan and cook them for a minute on each side so that they are hot and cooked through. Serve hot.
